Fractal Democracy

Rohit Gupta, one of my colleagues at WorldChanging.com, made a post about Fractal Democracy, which as he describes it is conceptually aligned with the Emergent Democracy and Extreme Democracy concepts we discuss here. I've been involved in the comments thread following Rohit's post.
